Monday Detox Smoothie

After being #GIRLBOSSes in the Dollhouse all week long, we love to enjoy our hard-earned weekend adventures and treats. Dancing in heels, drinking bubbly with the girls and having no shame in eating a 2AM pepperoni pizza. Oops? Life is about balance, right? We believe so. But when Monday rolls around, after all the lifelong memories have been made, we crave an internal reset button, which is why we're sharing our ultimate Dollhouse Detox Smoothie.

This recipe is amazing because, not only do the ingredients detoxify, aid in digestion and de-bloat, it's full of anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Spinach brings vitamins A, C, E, K and B6 to the party, while cucumber shows up with potassium and maganese. The holy grail, apple cider vinegar combined with lemon is a must-have, because it returns our bodies to their natural pH balances while aiding in weight loss. Ginger relieves heartburn, nausea, digestive issues and acid reflux.

Last, but not least, we can't forget our balance of macronutrients to keep us feeling full and satisfied throughout the day. We love adding a banana for carbs and almond butter for protein and healthy fats. So come Monday, pick out a fabulous outfit, killer shoes and blend up those greens to conquer the hustle of the week ahead. Cheers!


  1. 1 cup spinach
  2. 1/2 cucumber
  3. 1 banana
  4. Juice + zest of 1/2 lemon
  5. 2 tbsp. almond butter
  6. Nub of ginger
  7. 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  8. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  9. 1 cup ice

*Optional (extra fancies):

  1. Sprinkle of cinnamon
  2. 1/4 avocado
