Cue your inner #basic, the best time of year is here! In case you haven't noticed the hundreds of girls in yoga pants sipping on their pumpkin spice latte's, October has marked the official return of Starbucks' ever-so-popular PSL. There is no denying that pumpkin spice is a Hallmark of fall flavor. If you've been looking forward to the sweet return of pumpkin all year long, I'm sharing some of the yummiest pumpkin spice recipes that will take you all the way to Thanksgiving dinner. So stop blowing all of your money at Starbucks, uncap your own bottle of pumpkin pie spice and put on some yoga pants and a fuzzy sweater because these Pinterest-inspired recipes are something that you'll soon be obsessing over.

Pumpkin Spice Cookies with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting

Pumpkin Spice Cookies Ingredients (Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes)

  • 1/2 cup butter (sweet cream salted)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter (sweet cream salted)
  • 8 oz. block of cream cheese
  • 3 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Pumpkin Spice Waffles

(All you need is a waffle iron and a large bowl.)

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 15 ounces pure pumpkin puree
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp. McCormick Pumpkin Pie Spice Extract
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans (optional)

Pumpkin Spice Latte Overnight Oats

In a jar, combine all of the ingredients until combined and smooth. Place in the refrigerator overnight and sprinkle on toppings in the morning.

  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee that has been chilled
  • 1/4 cup of Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 tbsp. plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2-3 tsp. of sugar, honey, stevia or sweetener of choice
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
